  • Illegal Capturing of Animals: Capturing animals forcefully to remove them from their surroundings is a form of cruelty and is illegal under Section 9 of the Wildlife Protection Act. While capturing may be necessary for protection or medical care, it must be done ethically and humanely, considering the animal's welfare.
